What makes in part the learning experience incredible is Khan’s understanding of how we learn and how important the teacher is in helping a student gain a solid fundamental understanding. As in math or most anything one piece of knowledge builds on another and in many of our classrooms today students are passed to the next grade with gaps in their understanding and eventually hit a wall. When they hit a wall they stop learning and get frustrated and quit.
