Dear FMAA Students, Families, Friends:

Our annual tournament is quickly approaching! This event raises funds for St Jude Children’s Hospital and also provides an opportunity for students to have fun showing off skills and competing for prizes!

LOGISTICS:

November 13, 2021 (9am-4pm)

IN-PERSON (masks required):

* 9am – 10:30am Tigers kata/self-defense

* 11am – 1pm Sparring for Ages 7+ and orange belt+ (or special permission by Sensei Bryce or Sensei Danni)

VIRTUAL:

* 1pm – 4pm kata/weapons kata (according to teams and video submissions)

Please complete this form asap if you are interested in participating; DEADLINE NOV 3.

· For virtual kata events, video submissions date will be given to you by your Team Captain

· in-person ribbons and medals will be given on-site

· Pick up date for virtual event awards: Nov 15-20

COVID Safe Event: 

Masks required for all in-person events. Spectators/guests will be limited in order to keep everyone safe. Please plan to follow the same limits as we do for regular classes (generally 2 guests per student).

If you would like to pay your $25 registration fee or have friends/family/coworkers make online donations, you can click here.

Registration fee is a donation and not required for participation (although we encourage students to find a sponsor if they aren’t able to pay this).

All funds raised for this event go to St Jude Children’s Hospital.

Please keep track of your donors/sponsors, especially if you direct them to donate using the above link.
