Tai Chi Program

We offer Tai Chi Ch'uan (applying Yang, Wu, and Guang Ping forms) and Traditional Qigong Movements and exercises. In addition, separately, we offer TCBB, Tai Chi For Better Balance. Tai Chi helps at several levels to improve and stabilize balance by incorporating weight shifting, breathing, relaxation, posture alignment and movement integration.
